Jennifer has been in the media industry for ten years working as a picture editor, assistant picture editor, and post-production coordinator. Through her company, AT SHUTTER SPEED, she’s worked on content for Amazon, CraveTV, CBC, TVO, children’s digital entertainment, and scripted content for festival release. This includes developing data management strategies for productions, proxy conform workflow from Davinci, working in both Premiere Pro and AVID Media Composer, and using After Effects/AI/Photoshop for graphical work.

Credits include picture editor of CHIPPER (top 15 of 100 at 48hr Film Festival), assistant picture editor and picture editor for the CraveTV (Bell) award-winning docu-series WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE (EVEN JAY BARUCHEL), assistant picture editor of award winning feature film THE BOY IN THE WOODS (2023), picture editor of web series SOFA QUEENS and of short film LEGENDS OF THE FALL (premiered at Sudden Impulse Film Festival); and assistant picture editor on feature length films APOCALYPSE: PLAN B (2023 The Nature of Things), BUG SEX: IT’S COMPLICATED (2023 The Nature of Things), A KANDAHAR AWAY (premiere at Hot Docs), IN THE NAME OF YOUR DAUGHTER (Raindance Film Festival), and SLED DOGS (premiered at Whistler Film Festival and winner of Best Feature Length Film 2015).

Jennifer is also an avid traveler, dedicated cineaste and a proud rescue dog mom.
